We conduct thorough interviews with each cleaner and verify their eligibility to work in the UK by checking their documents. Additionally, we verify their proof of address and references. To enhance the skills of our cleaners, we have developed a series of online video training sessions.
Cleaners with limited experience undergo an induction process supervised by one of our team leaders or within the homes of our management team.
We value your business and aim for your complete satisfaction. If the quality of the service provided does not meet your expectations, please reach out to us within 24 hours, and we will promptly address any concerns.
Yes we are available 7 days a week all year round.
We understand life can get a bit overwhelming sometimes. We offer a get back on your feet service where our cleaners will come in for the day and support you in getting your home back to its former glory.
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations. No notice cancellations and lockouts will incur a £25 charge. If you’re unwell on your scheduled cleaning day, please notify our office by 8:00 am. We’ll make every effort to reschedule your cleaning within the same week upon request. For the safety of our team and your family, if anyone in your household is experiencing flu symptoms, please refrain from scheduling a cleaning service.
The 1st cleaning session is always a trial one. If you are happy with a cleaner, you can continue on a regular basis. If not, we can arrange a replacement cleaner.
